If you are located near one of the providers below, contact them for guidance on accessing the USDA Farm Service Agency’s (FSA) farm loan programs. TAPN advisors can provide technical assistance on:
- Navigating the FSA farm loan process
- Preparing a loan application
- Completing application documents
- Developing financial statements
- Implementing recordkeeping
TAPN advisors are affiliated with local organizations contracted to help producers make informed risk management decisions, improve their eligibility for financing, and strengthen the long-term resilience and profitability of their operations.
If you have experienced a rejected loan application, or one that was withdrawn, please contact a TAPN advisor. They may be able to help you prepare a future application.
TAPN advisors are part of a pilot network serving producers in the South and West. This pilot program is expected to be available from October 2026 to September 2028.
USDA FSA loan programs
FSA offers a variety of financing programs including
Guaranteed loans in which FSA provides a guarantee to a farm lender that up to 95 percent of the loan principal amount will be repaid.
